Listings noted as “Scratch and Dent” or “Blemished” items are not eligible for return or warranty claims. 

You can return an item for any reason up to 30 days after it has been delivered! 

• METCON will offer a refund of your original purchase price minus the return shipping cost within 30 days of your delivery date.  

• Item(s) must be in new condition when returned— please note that wear and tear from use may prevent your item from qualifying for a refund. 

• Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before refund is processed; Once delivered to our returns warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. It may take your bank 3 business days to have it processed and appear on your account.  

• Please ensure to re-package before shipping; you can use any box of your choice. 

• METCON cannot accept returns after 30 days of delivery date.
